The apartment was perfect, so clean, peaceful area with great facilities and only a short bus or Uber to old town Zadar. Equally the walk along the marina into old town is beautiful but bring your walking shoes!

Aurora was there to meet us when we arrived and had loads info for us on what to do, where to eat and what to see. We will be back again for sure! Aurora was also great to organize transfer upon arrival at the Zadar Airport.

La vacanza a Villa Doel è stata perfetta. L’ appartamento è arredato con gusto, la zona è tranquillissima e ben collegato con il centro della città e la piscina insieme al barbecue ci hanno regalato una vacanza di puro relax. La consigliamo senza ombra di dubbio. Grazie mille Aurora

Mon compagnon et moi avons passé un excellent séjour à la Villa D.O.E.L. Les lieux étaient parfaitement propres, un équipement très complet et un accueil chaleureux. L’appartement en lui-même est bien insonorisé et la climatisation plus que la bienvenue 🙂 Linge de lit, serviettes de bain, café étaient à disposition avec une jolie vue sur la mer depuis la salle à manger/ cuisine et sur la piscine. Allez-y les yeux fermés !

It’s a beautiful appartment in a super location. Aurora is very easy going. We arrived early and within a few minutes her partner met us. The appartment was very well fitted out with dishwasher, WiFi, smart TV, proper cooker, very effective air conditioning, super comfortable beds, adjacent on street parking, coffee maker and even a toaster. The best thing is the location. Close to beach and reatuarants without being too close. I would give the appartment a huge thumbs up.

Apartment was really clean and host arranged for us to be picked up from the airport. She also allowed us to check out later. Thank you for a lovely stay.

It was nice to be a guest at Villa Doel. The location is excellent, very close by the car to the center with a beautiful view over Zadar.

The kids enjoyed playing in a heated water pool. The apartments are exceptionally charmingly decorated with very nice decorations and furniture, they are very well equipped and very comfortable to stay as well as the yard of the villa itself, let’s see again 🙂

Bilo je lijepo biti gost u Villi Doel, osim boravka u kući lokacija je izvrsna, vrlo blizu autom do centra sa prekrasnim pogledom na Zadar. Djeca su uživala igrajući se u bazenu sa grijanom vodom. Apartmani su iznimno šarmantno uređeni sa vrlo lijepim decentnim dekoracijama i pokućstvom, odlično su opremljeni i vrto ugodni za boravak kao i dvoriste same vile, vidimo se ponovo:)

Všechno bylo úžasné. Krásný apartmán, krásna terasa a bazén, úžasný výhled na přístav , nadherna bezbarierova pláž, vše na dosah (obchod, restaurace), překvapivý klid

Loved the view and the spacious living room with wall to wall windows. The balcony was perfect for morning coffee and evening wine with the old town in the view.

Wir hatten wunderschönen Apartment mit Pool mit gute ausgestattete Küche, sehr zentral aber ruhig. Ganz nah zum Strand und Restaurants. Tolle kinderfreundliche, aufmerksame, hilfsbereite Gastgeber die auch mal zum Barbecue eingeladen haben. Beim Check-Out dürften wir länger bleiben. Im großen und ganzen war ein toller Urlaub mit Kinder.

Вилла шикарная. Апартаменты имеют все необходимое и даже больше, чем мы ожидали. Включая кофемашину, тостер и барбекю на улице. Чувствуется любовь хозяев к своему детищу. Забота о своих постояльцах. Нашим детям принесли 2 ящика игрушек. Чему мы были очень благодарны. Красота в деталях: подушки, пледы, свечи, бокалы. Такое ощущение, что ты дома. Расположение отличное, в минуте ходьбы от живописного причала с корабликами, в пяти минутах ходьбы от пляжа и детской площадки.

Около дома магазин и два ресторана. Можно сходить и в ресторан, и приготовить еду дома. Район тихий, посторонних и случайных людей нет. Идеально для отдыха с детьми. До старого города ходили пешком с детьми, примерно 30-40 минут. По гугл картам можно сократить маршрут и дойти быстрее.
