Dear guests, we will be happy to host you and welcome you to our charming luxury villa D.O.E.L., built in 2015 with 3 stars and a heated outdoor pool. It is located in the luxurious settlement of Draženica in the city of Zadar, 80m from the sea and not far from the center with a beautiful view of the sea and the peninsula of the old town.
It is located 25 minutes from the city center on foot (about 2500 m), and just a pleasant 5-minute walk by the sea from the largest beach in Zadar, called Uskok. There is also Puntamika Beach, an 8-minute walk, and Borik Beach, a 10-minute walk.
The macromicro location offers plenty of content and yet you will be amazed at how peaceful and quiet it is. Within the radius of 500m there are many facilities, such as top restaurants (tavern Rafaelo, Galija, Mamma Mia, Karoca gre), stores (Bakmaz, Konzum), cafes (Uskok, Forty Bar), the Uskok Marina, the Borik Marina, Adria Libar Maritime & Yacht training centre, children’s playground Uskok, tennis terrains Zadar, the Church of the Immaculate Conception of the Blessed Virgin Mary, bus station with Diklo–Center and Puntamika (Borik)–Center bus lines.
Nearby is a sparsely populated peninsula Puntamika with lots of green vegetation, pine forests and olive trees, which is ideal for recreational athletes looking for a morning run along the coast or an evening bike ride with family with the most beautiful sunset in Zadar. There are also many facilities such as cafes and restaurants (tavern Punta, restaurant Niko, Stara Riva, Yahting Bar & Club, Beach & Cocktail Bar Bamboo).
There are 4 stylishly decorated apartments on three floors with top equipment for everyday living that can accommodate 2–4 people.
Two apartments with separate entrances are located on the ground floor of the villa.

The whole villa can accommodate 13 adult guests. There is a heated outdoor pool with sun loungers, summer kitchen with barbecue. Own parking spaces with EV wallbox 1x 7kW. Free WiFi is available in the entire house, the garden, and by the pool.

Aurora was there to meet us when we arrived and had loads info for us on what to do, where to eat and what to see. We will be back again for sure! Aurora was also great to organize transfer upon arrival at the Zadar Airport.

The kids enjoyed playing in a heated water pool. The apartments are exceptionally charmingly decorated with very nice decorations and furniture, they are very well equipped and very comfortable to stay as well as the yard of the villa itself, let’s see again 🙂
The studio was very clean and modern. The pool area was also fabulous.
Loved the view and the spacious living room with wall to wall windows. The balcony was perfect for morning coffee and evening wine with the old town in the view.
Wir hatten wunderschönen Apartment mit Pool mit gute ausgestattete Küche, sehr zentral aber ruhig. Ganz nah zum Strand und Restaurants. Tolle kinderfreundliche, aufmerksame, hilfsbereite Gastgeber die auch mal zum Barbecue eingeladen haben. Beim Check-Out dürften wir länger bleiben. Im großen und ganzen war ein toller Urlaub mit Kinder.
Вилла шикарная. Апартаменты имеют все необходимое и даже больше, чем мы ожидали. Включая кофемашину, тостер и барбекю на улице. Чувствуется любовь хозяев к своему детищу. Забота о своих постояльцах. Нашим детям принесли 2 ящика игрушек. Чему мы были очень благодарны. Красота в деталях: подушки, пледы, свечи, бокалы. Такое ощущение, что ты дома. Расположение отличное, в минуте ходьбы от живописного причала с корабликами, в пяти минутах ходьбы от пляжа и детской площадки.
Около дома магазин и два ресторана. Можно сходить и в ресторан, и приготовить еду дома. Район тихий, посторонних и случайных людей нет. Идеально для отдыха с детьми. До старого города ходили пешком с детьми, примерно 30-40 минут. По гугл картам можно сократить маршрут и дойти быстрее.
